1Place a baking sheet lightly oiled with vegetable oil on top rack (for 4 servings, 2 baking sheets, on top and middle racks) and preheat oven to 450 degrees. Wash and dry all produce. 6Meanwhile, pick basil leaves from stems; roughly tear leaves. Once flatbreads are done, remove from oven and top with torn basil, remaining lemon zest, and chili flakes to taste.
